Cancellation and refund

Confirmed bookings can be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival without any penalty and any amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellation will only be acceptable if received in writing and confirmed by our reservation team in writing. 

Bookings cancelled between 14 days upto 8 days prior will incur a charge of 50 % of one nights room tariff.

Confirmed reservations cancelled less than 7 day will attract a cancellation charge of 1 nights room tariff.
